TENDER NOTICE FOR ELECTRICAL WORKS

Pondicherry University invites sealed tenders from reputed Firms/Dealers/Manufactures for supply of various Electrical items on Rate contract basis, valid for one year. The participating tenderers should remit an EMD of Rs.10,000/-.

The tender forms and details of the items to be supplied can be had from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. up to 16/03/2012, on any working day, from the Electrical Wing, Pondicherry University, Kalapet, Puducherry – 605 014, on payment of Rs.500/- plus 4% VAT by means of Demand Draft drawn of “The Finance Officer, Pondicherry University, Puducherry” payable at any one of the nationalized bank at Puducherry.  Full details are available in our website (www.pondiuni.edu.in).  Tender forms can also be downloaded from the website.  The tenderers, who apply with downloaded form, should attach above said demand draft separately while submitting the tender.

            The tenders will be opened on the same day by the authorized officers in the presence of the tenderers, if available at the time of opening of Tender.
