The tender schedules in the prescribed tender forms can be down loaded from the web site www.pondiuni.edu.in  and submitted along with the cost of tender schedule (non-refundable) in the form of demand draft from any one of the nationalized banks payable at Pondicherry, drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Pondicherry University.

  • The dates stipulated in the tender notice are firm under no circumstance they will be changed unless officially extended.
  • The EMD should be in the form of demand draft from any one of the nationalized banks payable at Pondicherry, drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Pondicherry University. The tenders without EMD will be summarily rejected.
  • The Pondicherry University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason there off.
  • The tenders duly filled has to be placed in the tender box kept in the reception counter at Administrative Block, Pondicherry University.
  • While quoting rates, VAT may be added to the individual items.
  • The contractors should sign in all the pages of the tender document failing which the tender will be treated as incomplete.
  • The contractor who has got bad track record in regard of not completing the work in time need not participate in this tender
